The pistons dont have the same CR as CTR and the rods arent as strong. other than that with some minor exterior features its a CTR. It wont make the HP that a CTR does nor will it be as reliable at high revs. A great combo like that would be a b18c block with b16 rods and pistons and a B16b/b18c6 head. With the taller deck of the b18 you can get a longer stroke with the same revs.
So refresh my mamory but the longer the stroke is, the more low end torque you have.... The shorter the stroke the more high end HP you have right?
