The way I see it:
Civic: Commuter car.
Prelude: Stylin' commuter car.
Accord- Family commuter car.
Integra/RSX- Expensive Civic, ie Commuter car with more pep.
CL, TL, RL- Lux. commuters
S2000- Expensive sports car with commuter capibility, but a great NA sports car.
NSX- The supercar, no need for a turbo.
MDX, Pilot, CRV, Element- SUV's... haha, turbo SUV, why bother.
There is nothing in the Honda line that needs or wants a turbo, and Honda's reputation for reliability would be a great risk if they made a half-assed turbo (but they would never do anything half-assed anyway) The future will tell, if the market wants a turbo (or a V8 for that) they will make it... or at least a V6 that will outdo them!
