The only downfall is that it is a fairly in depth install and the weight of the engine itself in the car.
Suspension upgrades as well as brake upgrades are suggested since the weight of the engine is quite a jump for the Civs suspension. New mounts will need to be used on the install as well (not sure if it still involves welding new brackets or not).
Personally I would just go with a B18 swap since you get virtually the same power out of an engine that weighs the same as the B16....
but then I like to take corners on occasion too
