I think this new Sienna flow better than the Odyssey. IF I would get a van based on look, this would probably be my first choice. Power wise, we'll see what Nissan can produce w/ the Quest. They did state they'll be the power leader in all classes. We'll have to wait and see. Interior quality wise, both Honda and Toyota are top notch anyways.
What do we have to wait for? They'll use a version of the VQ3.5L that makes a few more hp than the J35 in the Odyssey does.
