Jeep (dog hauler) = ok power for a 4x4 SUV (330 hp V8), but guzzles gas if I use as daily driver (short trips = 11 mpg).
Mini Cooper S (daily driver) = ok power for a little car (176 hp T4), excellent handling makes it fun to drive, ok gas mileage as a daily driver (short trips = ~24 mpg), but leaking coolant = $1,000 repair bill.
Maybe I should sell both and get a station wagon = probably somewhat ok gas mileage (or maybe not) and makes for a good dog hauler. As I approach middle age though, I would really like a 911 (whatever one is is excellent condition and the newest I can afford, which probably doesn't exist). Anyone know where I can get an E63 AMG wagon for cheap (kill two birds with one stone)?
