if the fuses are fine, and you know that the amp is actually getting power. see if the remote turn on is the problem. get a short piece of wire, long enough to go from the power source of the amp to the remote turn on...connect the two. if the amp doesnt turn on...well you guessed it. if the amp does turn on, you know what to check next.
