I have changed the slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder awhile back. I broke a timing belt in 2008 and got the engine and clutch replaced then. I don't know if it is the clutch or the transmission. Someone asked me could I move the shift lever. The answer to that is no. I can not move it. As for the clutch, it looked okay. Of course, I have not pulled it off yet to check the pressure plate. Throw out bearing looked okay. Was still connected. I have to say that before it went out. I did hear a noise that sounded like the cv boot was going out and I couldn't put the car in second without grinding. I just never got around to checking see what it really was. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything okay. Don't want to put it back in and then find out it was something else.
