it could be either one of those fuses, it just depends on how ur system is setup. If you have for example, a two amp setup, the fuse coming off the battery should equal to or a little bit higher than the total amperage of the fuses on both amps. If that's the case, 9 times out of 10, the fuse on the amp would blow before the fuse by the battery. Just make sure to check both fuses, if those are fine, check ur remote lead, u should read 12v on it when the key is in the on position, if u don't, that's ur problem.
