Did you get the code again? its the same one as before? and what are you pulling the code with? I dont believe 141 is a honda DTC could you possibly mean p0141?

The heater circuit for a heated o2 sensor is inside the sensor itself. There should be four wires going into the sensor. 2 for the sensor and 2 for the heater.
