both are well made, I would be more partial to the sig. Just look at different guns and see what fits. Start at a low ready then bring it up to see how fast the sights line up. See if the grip is comfortable and the controls are easy to manipulate.

On a side note I love my CZ75 so take a peek at one if they have it
