Mint is good for aggregating accounts and always knowing what is out there. As for budgeting, I use a spreadsheet I designed which allows me to see a year's worth of income and expenses and project any future shortfalls. It's actually a pretty good system -- and if I could find a way to turn it into an app it would likely be very successful
