I've also seen 2 guys get hit by cars.

-Once was in South Carolina. I was with some Navy buddies, and we were hammered, but all underage. We stopped at a gas station, and while waiting for the gas to pump, saw a homeless looking guy crossing the road. A car hit him head on, and he flipped over the car, and his shoes went flying. We saw some other people go help, and the car stopped. But we didn't go help because we couldn't get caught drunk while underage in the Navy. One guy really wanted to go help, but we had to physical restrain him, and then we left before the cops came.

-The other was in Miami least year during the hurricane. We were crossing the street to go back to the hotel, and it was pretty dark and raining. While we were waiting for the light to turn, we saw a car coming, but didn't notice the guy in the road until he got hit. He was in all black, and there's no way the car would have seen him as we could barely see him. Some college guys ran to help, and we had kids with us, so we just crossed the street and went to the hotel.
