If they got Alex Smith or better, a good #2/3 WR to get double coverage off of Bowe, and a good MLB they'd be a force next year. And I think all of those things are easily attainable. KC is attractive right now for a QB with their depth and Reid's air it out style play.
Jamaal Charles will be under utilized in an Andy Reid offense. He is notoriously pass-heavy and his fantasy stock is going to take a dump. If KC doesn't have a decent QB and depth at WR, they will not succeed under Reid. I'd give it a few years, not an instant turn around.
