It looks like HASport makes mounts for the f22/h22 to 1989 civic. approx $500 just for the mounts.
+ transmission
+ axles
+ shift linkage
+ ECU and wiring harness mods
+ building up your car's suspension to handle the power of the F22

It would probably be far less of headache to build the f22 up and find an 98 accord shell to put it in.
