The '97-'01 Preludes had an automatic option. It's got a tiptronic mode so I don't know if it'll work with the plain automatic shifter that's in your car. Otherwise you should be able to take an H22 longblock and bolt it to the transmission you already have.

Either way, the H22 doesn't have any significant advantage over the H22 until it kicks onto the hot cam so if you're not going to be spending a lot of time at high RPM I don't think it's that great of an option.
