I have one but not have done any of these, because my engine is not broken in. You could probably remove the resonator and run some piping to the front of the car with some sort of screen attached. Also, if you know people with access to computers and other equipment necessary to advance the timing, you could also pick up some decent hp, but it will also mean using premium fuel. Another thing that is not that free but is pretty cheap, is to pull the platinum spark plugs and use copper. If you have the tools all you need are the plugs.
