I think I'm going to get her something along the lines of a Nikon L120 so she can learn the hobby more. If she wants more after that I'll let her do the initial investment.

Anything you would recommend along the lines of the L120, Vin? I know it's pretty amateur. I almost dropped $600 on a package yesterday, but I figured I'd rather make sure she really likes it before we get into it that far.
