The Beaks and BSQ kit do exactly the same thing. There isn't anything stress wise which is going to exceed either kit's specs. The difference between the two is that the BSQ kit is very minimal in it's design. It's just plates, washers and bolts. The Beaks kit on the other hand is machined and I don't believe it uses washers since the relief is cut into the actual reinforcement plate. This kit is more "finished" in it's look but is more expensive. The BSQ kit is less "finished" in it's look but is cheaper. If you never look at it you'll never know the difference.
