Totally lame.

I got pulled over for 73 in a 70 in Texas last December, but got "let go with a warning." I think anything for 5 or less over is an asshole/power trip move, 6-9 is questionable, and 10+ is legit. I personally try to stay in the 6-9mph over range if conditions permit, as I find it to be the best compromise between getting there quickly and not getting any tickets. Haven't had a speeding ticket since 2005 (knocks on wood).
