Set a new personal best on the 10 mile and beat my old best by 5 seconds today.

On my second 10 I was doing hills and saw a roadie up ahead, he didn't know it but we were racing and after several hills and about 2.5 miles I finally passed him on a short downhill then we went seperate ways...felt good and I got the finger for it :chuckles:
Anywho I stepped on the scale tonight and weighed in at 200, been bouncing between 205 and 210 for a couple weeks now so hoping I broke the plateau and am on my way again.
