Went to the gym.
Taking my time and getting back into it slowly. Just did db bench, press, and squat. I'm out of shape man, 200 squat felt relatively heavy. :wtc:
Going to get everything stretched out this week, then start hitting it hard again next week.
For what it's worth, I weighed in a 195 this morning, and I'm right at 6' with shoes on. I'd ideally like to weigh 175 at around 12% body fat again. Those were the days. :hs:
