It's been 12 long years with my current company and I put my 2 weeks notice in after getting a job offer recently that I couldn't pass up. Over 50% increase in pay from what I currently make, benefits from day 1, 401k [which I'll transfer my existing to], $15k annually for school, and no more 45min+ commutes through either tunnel.
