:nono: A new engine does not qualify for a new odometer.... only a new car does! Now, when odometers break (and they do), there is a log sticker that MUST be placed into the drivers door jam as to when it was changed and how many miles were on the origional when it broke. Also, at least in Ohio, odometer replacements must be reported to the BMV and noted on the title.
