I was hit hard with a stomach virus starting on Sunday, thus this week has been the least active for me for 2012. Here are my PRs for this year:
Back Squat: 275lbs
Front Squat: 235lbs
Push Press: 165lbs
Deadlift: 385lbs
It's trail running season and my first race this year I've finished in 5th. I have 2 more coming up in June, my team plans on winning the Camp Pendelton 10k mud run and I'm going for top 3 for the next one. Now I'm learning to do handstand walks and muscle-ups. To the a-holes here who said I would plateau in 6 months and couldn't complete a marathon, I've surpassed both and my numbers continue to grow every day.
