that seems awfully high to me. Here are some of the extra things you'll need for an h22 into and accord. the VTEC needs to be wired up if if doesn't have any. also, is your car automatic? switching an Accord to manual is a costly procedure, unless you find junked parts, which those shops probablly wouldn't do. I also thing the shift linkage needs to be modified slightly, and you need to swap the axle hubs with the accords axles...
