My typical week consists of CrossFit for 4 days and Running/Biking for 2 days. I usually go 3 days on, 1 day off. I severely sprained my ankle late November, so I had scale many of my workouts. Our gym focuses more on strength training than metcon/gymnastics compared to other CF gyms and it is exactly what I need for improvement.
My goals this year so far are:
-420lb deadlift
-5 minute mile
-20 minute 5k
-225lb Clean and Jerk
