has anybody had bad experiences, like defects, when ordering rims and tires from wheelmax.com?

i live about an hour from houston and planned on having discount tires or other popular shops (if anyone in the southwest houston area know of any, holla), and having them set up my rims and suspension and all that..soo any problems with Discount Tires?

anybody have any pics or opinions of 02 / 03 Accord sedans w/ 17":

5zigen Fireballs
Racinghart C2s
Racinghart m5 evo's
5zigen Fighters
or
any suggestions for rims in the $200/wheel area?

also, when i get 17s, i plan on lowerin the suspension, any recomendations for non-expensive springs? adjustable or not?

btw the car would be a satin silver Accord LX sedan w/ stock spoiler, no body kit .... yet ^^
