follow the fuel line from the fuel rail and you should see the fuel filter. It's like a small fruit drink can w/ a banjo bolt on top. As for the fuel pump, it is probably under the rear seats. Listen to the pump when you turned on all the electronics with the key (you should see brake warning lights, seat belt light on and such).
