Car had been sitting for about one month. Went to start it it started initally at which point it sputtered while all warning lights were still on then quit. After that it refused to start it sounds like its hitting on all 4's just not starting.

Could the choke on the carb be stuck closed? Fuel lines frozen? (It is connecticut and many of those 30 days were below 32 degrees). Any ideas are appreciated I am going to try again tomorrow. Cross your fingers and pray.
