CAREFUL with that 1.9 release. Those things are littered with bugs. They do the "leaked" versions to flush out bugs, but not put the integrity of the main release in question.
*shrugs* If the bugs are too much for you, don't use it. Its not going to screw anything up if you do though.
The prerelease of 1.8 wasn't very buggy at all for me.
It sounds like 1.9 is coming out fairly soon. The rest of the adventure mode is coming in 1.10
I think there are at least 3 new mobs coming. The snowman one I posted, fire slimes in the nether and another mob in the nether. It looks fucking awesome.
