I've been having problems w/ the e-brake
for in my 91 DX for the last few months.

When I try to adjust the e-brake in the car,
the handle gets stiffer, but it doesn't help,
the car still rolls when the brake is up all the
way.

I took the drums off and tightened using the
adjuster bolt inside the brake. The car holds
for a couple of weeks and then slowly it losens...

I've done this twice now... it's getting really
annoying. any ideas.
