I will NEVER trust ANYTHING but a certified, warranteed rebuilt engine. I know that Osaka JDM motors advertises in the upper right corner, and I've checked that site out, but after checking the physical condition of the motors in his warehouse, I will never buy anything from him. There has to be a company that sells rebuilt JDM motors with new seals, gaskets, water/oil pumps, timming belts, and have cleaned and tested them to certify their performance and reliability to Honda specs. They should also offer, if not a full 30 day warranty refund, at least some sort of pro-rated guaranty that the engine isn't on the verge of death.
