Do you take any daily pills?
From left to right:
CE2 creatine - (2) per day - morning/night.
Glucosamine - 1000mg (2) per day - morning/night - joint recovery.
Zinc/Calcium/Mag - 1500mg per day - morning/night - joint recovery/bone strength.
I take the joint recovery because of lifting heavier than normal lately and different approaches/angles. They seem to be working. That and paddlesurfing really takes a toll on your elbows and knee stabilizers.
