How about staying stock. This assumes that you have NO serious internal mods and that you do not live at 'redline' all the time. IF you have an engine with a lot ofmiles and other issues, then you might consider an upgrade. Will it improve performance-do a before and after dyno--do not go by any other test (IMO).
