I would change it if you don't know the history especially if an idiot owner had it before you and ran it to redline everyday and let the coolant dry up like the previous owner of my car did (which is why the radiator cracked, headgasket leak and weird idling issues).
On my 00 Civic Si when it turned 75k I changed the timing belt, water pump and bunch more things to bring peace of mind.
