Currently, Manager of Quality Operations for a digital agency. I've had this gig for about a year now (first 3 months as a contractor). I can't even tell you how many responsibilities I have ... and all kinds of crap I'm doing that's not in the normal job description. (project management, business analysis, technical architecture, information archicture, user experience research, etc)

On Thursday, I'm stepping into a new role as the Director of Product Development. This hasn't been announced yet, but I just had to let someone know. : )
