-Scrambled eggs with straight out of the garden onions. :yumyum: And mozzarella, ton of cajun spice, and hot sauce.
-Beef jerky.
-Hand ful of pecans. Propel zero water.

Haven't had carbs in 4 days. :wtc: Down 5 pounds in 4 days. :yay:

I have my carb-up day tomorrow. I'm going to eat half of a fucking stuffed crust pizza.
