My friend has a two sided Charcoal/Propane grill with a side burner on it. He uses it all the time. It's awesome because you can charcoal when you want, propane when you want, and the side burner is perfect for deep frying fish.

I think when i saw the one he has at Home Depot it was in your price range, let me look.
