ok look, the higher the offset the more the wheel site inside of the wheel well. So if you have a lower offset in your case, your wheel will stick out farther. Therefor, making the fender hit it. The ONLY REAL WAY to find out if your rims would work is get them on. Now in your case if you DO decide to use those i would run a 35 radial for sure. But if you are not completely in love with those rims i would take them back if you can and get some nicer ones with a higher offset.
