If you want 17's get 4x 114.3 (lug pattern) +42 offset, 17x7 is perfect.

If you want 18's same lug, same offset, 18x7 is good enough.

+42 is generally used for accords, +38 offset is for civics and integras.


If you're so scared, go to a tire shop, ask if you can get 1 tire for 1 rim to see if it'll rub. Good shops will let you test that out before hand.
