I say DONT GO WITH PROGRESS. A popular company is Eibach.I personally never had there springs but I heard they have a really bouncy ride and are poor quality.But maybe not. My set up cost about 200 for springs and 200 something for the shocks. So just around 400 for the set-up. You can definetly put the wheels on later. That is what I am doing(except I have the 98-02 accord wheels on) But still basically stock. You would get a better clearence with rims...But not much of a difference. In my personal taste I say go with 1.5-1.9 inches or try to stay in the one inch area. I have a pic of my car if you want to see what it is like lowered........Just send a Emial Puffy21788@aol.com
