Your questions have a few answers.

You can use the JR pulley, which sees ~8PSI.
The Endyn or MVM steppers pulleys (on alternator) which see 9-10PSI
CRV Pulley which is 10+ PSI.

As for Hondata, it is nice to have. Expect to pay $500 for a S200B, some more $$$ for the install, and another $200/hr to tune it. Larger injectors are a must for anything over 6PSI...440/450's for Hondata, or ~310's for an AFC setup, etc at 8PSI.
