Usually a rim in made in only one offset. You can get the inside shaved 3mm or so, but might as well just buy the right size. I was in the same position as you when I got my wheels. I wanted 45, most were 42. I chose my wheels based on the price and 45 offset, and I thought they looked decent enough.

Maybe upscale wheel companies...like tuner companies will make same wheel in diff offset, but probably not ones that will fit on a 4cyl Accord anyway.
