You use a torque-wrench to tighten those things. You can buy them just about anywhere for about 10-20 dollars. Good investment in the long run.
Yep, good investment for sure...but I'd recommend forking out more cash for a better one, I love the Craftsman Digi-torque I got. ~$80 I think.
