Actually I'm riding on Tein SS coilovers

GC are "condom" coilovers that has eibach springs, I think they are the best in the market. However, with your budget that you are going for (that's what I suggested), you can only afford just the coilovers and no aftermarket shocks. I suggest Koni Yellows with these. But IMO, be patient and save more money either for shocks that goes with these or full coilovers.

There are threads here about ground controls, have you search for them?
