i dont think 350 bucks will be enough to accomplish your goal. the springs themselves will be around 200 bucks and then the cheapest set of decent shocks (tokico illuminas) will run you about 120 a piece. id wait until you have about 600 bucks before i did anything with regard to springs and shocks granted you know how to install them yourself. if not, be prepared to spend about another 200 bucks in labor to the mechanic.
