Other possible cold weather related stuff...
When I first use one of my blinkers after not driving for a while, the clicky noise goes fast at first (like its warning you that a bulb is out), but then goes back to its normal speed...I'm guessing the bulb took a second to get going and thats what caused it...?

A couple of times, my parking brake light has not gone out when I put it down...I was guessing that it may be because the brake fluid is cold cause the light eventually goes out after driving for a bit.

Both of these problems occur when its a cold start....if I drive for a little bit, stop (go into a store or something), and come back when the car is still warm, I have no problems....but when I first drive in the morning, I get them...
