So the exhaust arrived the other day. For $110 shipped. This thing looked pretty good. I used the cat-to-axle section and stuck with the old muffler.

On my car this is simply a generic muffler mounted up to the old axle-back pipe.

I will probably look for a stainless high flow "S" muffler that I will mount on the axle back part from the new kit. You can find mufflers like this for under $50 so you can get a nice exhaust without the rasp of the N1 style muffler. I would just cut off the N1 thing and mount up the other muffler.

It still sounds pretty cool as I have it set up-its quiet but still has a little bit of a deeper tone. Oh yeah this kit for a 4dr GSR comes with a 5-6" extension that mounts between the cat and the center section.
