Obviously the focus shifts away from the Dillon Panthers to East Dillon after Coach Taylor gets canned, and Wade gets the job. It's implied that Wade remains as coach, and the McCoys get divorced....with JD acting out. After the Panthers play the Lions we don't really hear about any of them anymore. I have a feeling lots of loose ends will be tied up at the end of this season...as we've already seen a few (Saracen, Riggins, Smash)
