my main questions are: what happened to waverly (season 1). what happened to the mccoys, coach wade, and how did mack become head coach?

and there's other little stuff that just kinda seems weird or unanswered. i know there was the writers strike in season, but they could have covered a couple of things at the start of season 3 (like santiago).
